Minutes of the September 11, 2004 meeting of the Weld Amateur Radio Society

• Meeting called to order by Rob KA0VNB.
• The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented.
• Everyone present introduced themselves. Those not, did not.
• Ava KA0RXJ presented the treasurer's report.
• George WD0GNE - gave an update on the 147 repeater. The 450 machine is operational.
• Rob - reports that Mark AI0L is helping with the Red Cross computer system.
• Rob - explained that an equipment library is being established by the Club.
• Rob - TNC-200, APRS and packet is set up in the shack.
• Richard K0RAW - gave an ARES update.
  • A communications van was tested in Evens.
  • October 9, a joint Weld-Larimer County exercise will be held.
• Andy KE0UL - updated us on what a repeater trustee must do.
• Cliff W0ITD - conducted a discussion on proposed changes to the Club constitution and bylaws.
• Cliff - informed us that Dick Bird donated his equipment to the Club.
• Club elections were held.
