- Minutes from last meeting approved with correction
- Dave- Have call for shed and it will be changed
- Berry N0OYM- Treasurer’s report
- Berry N0OYM provided a report of the repeaters:
- Will see of HRO can order the antenna needed, discussed alternatives
- Have received transmit/receive boards, will replace boards and wire to controller
- Coax has arrived
- Willie still working on stand off, will stand out 30 inches from tower rather than the 36 currently on the tower
- 440 and IRLP ready to go on new controller

- New Business:
- Berry N0OYM got renewal application for CCARC-motion passed to renew membership
- Peter N7TDJ- FCC has been going after “paper repeaters”, organizations that have a repeater pair but do not have an actual repeater on the air.

- Club was not needed for Boy Scouts Merit Badge College

- Feb 28th District 24 sponsored Digital Communications Workshop from 9AM to 3PM at the Greenwood Community of Christ Church.
- April 25 ARES weatherspotter training- will be at Loveland police or fire station or Greeley/Windsor EOC
- Feb 8th Brighton HamFest Adams County fairgrounds
- April 4th Longmont Fest
- July 18th Mega Fest Lewis-Palmer HS in Monument

- Courage classic July 24-27th Copper Mountain
- Ft Collins Maraton May 3rd (?) if interested in helping out-1/2 day early Sunday
